Boulder High School is one of Colorado’s oldest and finest high schools. “This is a tremendous honor for us to receive the Boulder County Gold People’s Choice Award,” says Boulder High School’s new principal, Kevin Braney, who is full of enthusiasm for the school. “Winning it is directly related to the support of the community, and the talent of our students and faculty. It’s a place that’s full of great energy – and phenomenal academic achievement. We have 30 Advanced Placement classes, 34 clubs and activities kids can join. We have so much talent in our art, music and theater programs. The spirit that comes from community support and talented students and faculty leads to excellence in everything we do. For me, it’s an honor to continue the good work that is done here, and I look forward to the new heights we can reach together.”
