With lots of competition in the car-dealing business, Flatirons always seems to rise above the sea of mediocrity. Perhaps it’s the family-owned feel at the dealership, passed down from managing partner Scott Crouch’s father who opened his first Boulder dealership nearly 60 years ago. It could also be Flatirons’ approach to service. A team of advisors tries to make each car-buying experience personal and, well, downright fun. In addition to a wide variety of Acura and Subaru models plus meticulously inspected previously owned cars, Flatirons has added the Hyundai line at a fully renovated 30th Street facility. “With the addition of the Hyundai brand to our Subaru and Acura line-up we feel like we have three product lines matched perfectly for the Boulder market,” says Crouch. “Subaru continues to dominate the Boulder market and we are looking forward to the all-new Subaru Impreza, which should be arriving this fall.” In the spring, Acura will debut the re-designed RDX sport utility with a new MPG rating of 30 MPG.
